When you purchase our karaoke jukebox with songs, you connect the player with your TV, you might find that the song video quality is not good. The problem might be caused by that you didn't well setup the machine or use proper ports for video output. Please follow instructions bellow to improve the song video quality.
- Please make sure connect the player to the HDMI port of your TV (use the V1.4 HDMI cable). If you use AV ports, the video quality will be not good.
- Adjust the video resolution of the player
- If you use standard hdd karoake jukebox, please press setup->video->resolution->1080I
